i came to bangalore i was searching house from past two years and there are many fraud companies , but i searched in internet i came to golden gate i really found this company as honest and comfortable customer service. after all i got house from a genuine company

golden gate properties is 15 years old company which has served the people so well, my friend, wriitng negative reviews about any company doesnot make any sense, even i have 2 flats in golden palms, My sister want flat so i was searching in golden gate properties saw this feedback coming on front , this negative reviews are intensionaly to divert customers
But Service is good and construction is really good, i am hear from one year i dont find any problem with golden palms
i got this picture in internet it says ,this is golden grand ??? is this really happening in golden grand?have anybody visited this place before???please do reply friends
hi friends the photos being posted is really true because i had visited the site last friday , their model house was really very nice. Quality of design is excellent. you can visit there website www,goldengrand.in there you will find some more photos there. By its really nice to see a house like this bangalore. its great

I recommend this company and I’m personally impressed by the design and plan of the Golden Grand project in yeshwanthpur. I’m excited about the features it offers and definitely believe this is a place to live in. Location is also very good as I would be directly opposite the metro station, midst the best malls and recreations.

my friend swetha referred me to purchase flat
so i purchased a flat in golden grand ,when i went to see swetha’s purchased flat where stlll some interiors are going on.I was so impressive to see the interior design . after 4 months i planned to purchase , today i purchased it and my registration will finishing they after tomorrow. staff are really helpful

I would like share with you that finally i have done the registration for my apartment at Golden Grand, Yeshwantpur last week. I am so so happy, it was pending from last couple of year. There was a delay because of recession and other financial problem but when JM took over the project and Golden Gate Team specially projects and CRM has done a wonderful job. I really appreciate their efforts.I have attached couple of pics also for your reference.Thanks once again to Golden Gate.Cheers Manjunath

Golden gate properties are very good in there service. I had a registration problem but they solved the problem in two days and everything is fine are i really appreciate the service.

ReplyDeleteNO good news, the property is going to face more problems has the plan from 5 towers is changed to 4 towers and more houses and current buyers are up in arms as the marketing is entirely different from reality.
